The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review
gathering place for bloggers.

It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

A couple of months ago I wrote about our trip to the aircraft museum. The past few days have been the EAA AirVenture that draws airplane enthusiasts from everywhere. Of course traffic in the area is a nightmare but we live close enough that we can see and hear jets and airplanes fly over our house every day of the event. I wish I was fast enough to get some pictures. A friend is at the event and he has been posting photos and videos and it really want to be there. Maybe next year. You can find about more about the EAA and Airventure here.

  1. I hope you get to go to the air show next year. The one I saw once was amazing.

  2. I can imagine the traffic was bonkers! It sounds like a lot of fun and how awesome that you can see some of the planes from your house! Assaulted Caramel is calling my name. How can I resist that title? Have a great week!
