My personal reading schedule is full through September 2013 so I am going to take a short break from accepting unsolicited books unless you are a Wisconsin author or the story is set in Wisconsin.

I will answer each contact form I receive usually within 7 days. I want to apologize. My email has been sending these contact forms to my spam folder. I am finding them and responding as soon as I can. The settings have now been fixed. If you have been waiting for a response please feel free to resend your information.

Wisconsin Authors or books set in Wisconsin will always be welcome and I will do my best to accommodate your your time constraints.

I enjoy all genres with the exception of sci-fi and heavy paranormal.
(No vampires or werewolves please.)

I am compulsive about reading series books in order. If this is the 5th, 10th or 15th book in a series that I am not already reading I will probably turn down your request.

I receive no compensation for my reviews. My reviews are entirely written by me and I make absolutely no promises about the rating your book will receive.

My reviews will appear in a variety of places besides this blog. I post on Amazon.com, B&N.com, shelfari, Goodreads, Midwest Book Review. Not all reviews are guaranteed to appear at all these sites and if you would like them posted elsewhere I will do my best to meet your requests.

I do my best to review all books I receive in a timely manner. Please know that I will not love every book I receive. I promise to give your book my honest opinion and a fair review. Acceptance of your book does not assure that I will publish a review. Thankfully everyone does not like the same books and authors provide a wide variety. Some books received just may not be “my cup of tea”. In that case I reserve the right to pass your book on to another reviewer if I so choose.

 

I will never sell a book I receive for review. Most books are given away to my blog followers in contests and blogs hops.

I also host guest posts, interviews, and virtual tours. If you are interested in this type of promotion please let me know in your email. I may also contact you for any of these after I read your book.
