Great Christmas Movies. I love them both!
They are on my must watch list each Christmas!
The Bishop’s Wife is a 1947 Samuel Goldwyn romantic comedy feature film starring Cary Grant, Loretta Young, and David Niven in a story about an angel who helps a bishop with his problems. It was released by RKO. The film was adapted by Leonardo Bercovici and Robert E. Sherwood from the 1928 novel of the same name by Robert Nathan, and was directed by Henry Koster.
It was remade in 1996 as The Preacher’s Wife starring Denzel Washington, Whitney Houston, and Courtney B. Vance.

Great Soundtrack!!!
A Hip-Hop tribute score in kudos of our Lord Almighty

This upbeat, rhythmic production was performed by Whitney Houston accompanied by
Bobby Brown, Faith Evans, Johnny Gill, Monica, and Ralph Tresvant.
The Bishop’s Wife is one of our movies we watch every Christmas. Love Cary Grant, David Niven, Lorretta Young, and that irascible Monty Wooly. Merry Christmas, Dorcas!
