Trying something new. I have been missing my Feel Good Fridays (The blog that used to sponsor the meme has moved on to other things.) so I thought I would try this and see how it goes. The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review gathering place for bloggers. It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature. So Happy Sunday Everyone! This is what Dollycas has been up to this past week!!!
The best thing of the week was my daughter-in-law’s baby shower yesterday. Friends and family together to celebrate. I can’t believe my granddaughter will be here in just a few weeks. Grandpa and Grandma are really excited to become grandparents for the second time!!
On the blog last week, I was thrilled to have Denise Swanson stop by for Cozy Wednesday, host a Virtual Tour for God and Fathers by James LePore, plus three other reviews. Several Giveaways ended. The Spring Cleaning Giveaway Hop ends today. You can find all of my Open Giveaways here.
I only received one book last week. I can’t wait to get to it.
My April Calendar is packed full of Guest Posts, Giveaway Hops and Blog Tours so I will be busy bunny this Spring!
Happy Reading Everyone!!
How exciting…a new baby. I keep hinting to my sons, however, all I get are grandchildren of the 4 legged species lol.
Thank you for the awesome review and post that you did for Partners In Crime Tours. We definitely have awesome hosts!!!!
Have a great week my friend.
How wonderful that there will soon be a new baby in your family….and it’s spring time too!
The Harlan Conben book you received sounds great. Enjoy it!
Have a wonderful Sunday!
Oh, new grandchildren are always a treat! I have seven now, but the youngest is nine. I would love a new baby in the family, but none of my kids are cooperating…lol
Enjoy your week! That Harlan Coben book looks tempting….
Here’s MY SUNDAY SALON POST
Enjoy the grandchild and the book!
Congrats on the new grandbaby! I read Gods and Fathers, it was really good. I have a few of Coben’s books, I’ll have to see what Stay Close is about.
Have a great week!
A new baby! How exciting! Congratulations!
I’ve always loved Denise Swanson’s books way before I was blogging. I was so excited when she visited my blog. Isn’t she wonderful?
