The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review
gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
So Happy Sunday Everyone!
Feeling much better this week and able to stay up late reading again.
Weekly Recap
The Tears Water the Seeds of Hope Book Tour wraps up tomorrow at Karen’s Fiction & Non-Fiction Book Reviews. If you haven’t picked up a copy of this book yet you really need to add it to your shopping list.
Monday – It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?
Tuesday – Spooktacular Giveaway Hop! This is a huge hop with over 450 blogs participating.
Wednesday – Sheila Webster Boneham was my guest for Cozy Wednesday. Her book Drop Dead on Recall (An Animals in Focus Mystery) is a wonderful story!
Thursday – The Virtual Book Tour for Terminal Ambition by Kate McGinness stopped here. As a blogger I was a little frustrated because the tour host never sent me the Rafflecopter Code or the interview post I was supposed to receive. However I did enjoy the book.
Friday – I reviewed Deadly Patterns: A Magical Dressmaking Mystery (A Dressmaker’s Mystery) by Melissa Bourbon. I love this series!!
Saturday – The Literary Blog Hop started and runs through October 31st. They are only 50 blogs participating so there will be low contest entries. Be sure to check out this hop.
Plus Saturday Surfin’ takes us to Sharon’s Garden of Book Reviews, Mystery Lover’s Kitchen, and several blogs offering a To Kill A Mockingbird giveaway to celebrate the 50thy Anniversary of the classic. Author Anya Wylde also tells us about her book The Wicked Wager ( A Regency Murder Mystery & Romance ).
You’ve had a very productive week! Great activities and intriguing reads. Enjoy the new week.
Here’s MY SUNDAY SALON POST
Thanks for stopping by Laurel Rain Snow!!
Looks like a busy week for you. I’m in the middle of reading Distant Hours by Kate Morton. The novel is longer than I usually read, but I’m loving it.
