The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review
gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
So Happy Sunday Everyone!
It has been a gloomy week here in Wisconsin. I hope the sun makes an appearance soon. But has been perfect reading weather.
Weekly Recap November 5 -10
Monday – It Monday! What Are You Reading? I had a great week!
Tuesday – New Release Tuesday So many wonderful books released this month.
Wednesday – Kate Collins, one of my favorite authors was my guest for Cozy Wednesday. We are giving away 2 copies of Nightshade on Elm Street: A Flower Shop Mystery
Thursday – The Virtual Book Tour for Curveball by Jen Estes made a stop here. There is a giveaway too!
Also the Thankful For Books Giveaway Hop started and runs through November 13.
Friday – I reviewed Cake on a Hot Tin Roof (A Piece of Cake Mystery) and Arsenic and Old Cake by Jacklyn Brady. There is a giveaway for these books too!
Saturday – No Saturday Surfin’ this week but I reviewed Sing You Home by Jodi Picoult. This book helped me complete my Read Your Name Challenge, the Off The Shelf Challenge and gave me one more state for my Where Are You Reading Challenge! Just 3 states to go!!!
Great steps.
Fabulous stack of books! Hope you enjoy them all…and thanks for sharing about your week. Here’s MY SUNDAY SALON POST
Next week should be good reading weather for us. Overcast and cold. Yippee!
I love those steps, too. And you have had a busy week. I also read Sing You Home and rather liked it, though I’m not a big Jodi Picoult fan. Crossing on the Paris looks tempting to me.
love the stairs!! I was tempted to request Crossing on the Paris, it sounds like one I’d like but I really need to reduce review books lol. I’m off to check out your review of Sing You Home.
