Sunday Salon – Time is Flying – Weekly Recap – Mail Call

The Sunday

The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review
gathering place for bloggers.

It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.

So Happy Sunday Everyone!

Granddaughter Natalie had two firsts this week at almost the same time.
She had her first bath in the big tub and she pulled herself up to stand on the side.

She is growing so fast. She knows that within about 2 weeks her new cousin is going to arrive and then there will be three grandchildren for this Nana to spoil!

Weekly Recap December 3 – 8

Monday – My normal meme – It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?

TuesdayBook Lover’s Holiday Giveaway Hop! There is still time to enter!
Plus New Release Tuesday – There are so many fantastic books out this month!
I also reviewed Red Hot Deadly Peppers by Paige Shelton.

Wednesday – Paige Shelton was my guest for Cozy Wednesday. I am giving away a copy of her new book A Killer Maize (A Farmers’ Market Mystery). Another Wonderful Cozy!

Thursday – I reposted my review of The Shepherd by Ethan Cross.
Then the Virtual Tour for his new book The Prophet: A Shepherd Thriller stopped here. If you love suspense thrillers you really need to pick up these books. Start with The Cage, a short story that starts the drama in motion.

Saturday Saturday Surfin’ – Saying goodbye to an internet friend, a new Friday meme and more 2012 Challenges.

  1. If you’d like, I can talk to my kids… we have a few that I’m sure they’d pass over to you if you really like the granma gig that much. LOL There’s Shoshana AKA the Shanster MONSTER and Akiva who is trouble incarnate. LOL

  2. So adorable! I have really enjoyed these milestones with my grandchildren, too; and even though I loved these moments with my own kids, the grandchildren bring another kind of joy.

Hope you enjoy your week…and thanks for visiting my blog.
