Pain in the Neck 🙂
I have spent this week recovering from too much roughhousing last weekend with my grandkids. I strained or twisted my neck and because of the neck injury from my accident in 2001 it was a little scary. But each day I am getting a little better but I am spending less at the computer to rest my arms and hands that have been a little more tingly than usual this week. This is not my x-ray. I have pins fusing C-5 to C7 with a cyst on my spinal cord between.
