The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review
gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by

~ It’s a chance to share news~
A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
I am continuing to recover from my neck injury and traveled out to vote this week and last night my brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeff and I took my mother out to eat to celebrate her 75th birthday. I just can’t believe she is 75, she is so active and even babysits for 2 of her great granddaughters several time a week. I always say I have the best mother-in-law and the planet and she is, I am so blessed to have her in my life.

Sounds like a lovely outing…I had a nice dinner last Sunday for my birthday, which my daughter cooked. She is a great cook and we had fun in her new home.
