gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.

Last night we went to The Fireside to see West Side Story. The Fireside Dinner Theatre has a theatre-in-the-round with a square stage surrounded by five rows of main floor seating on two sides, nine rows of main floor seating on two sides and two rows of balcony seating on all four sides. It is a dinner theatre so we enjoy a wonderful meal before the play. There are also several specialty shops to visit before the show. This is the 3rd show we have seen in the past year or so.  My sister-in-laws started giving my mother-in-law a gift certificate every year for Christmas a few years ago and she picks the shows she wants to see and many of us tag along. We always have a good time.
