It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organize yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment, and er… add to that ever growing TBR pile!

Did you see Amazon is merging Shelfari with GoodReads? I was on Shelfari before GoodReads but am so glad they are merging. When Amazon upgraded Shelfari a few years ago they tied it to our Amazon accounts and because I had used 2 different email addresses they never really synced up correctly. They have given us the option to import our books from Shelfari to GoodReads. I thought this was great and was happy to add the older books to my account. Take my advice – DON’T DO IT!! After I imported I noticed I suddenly had hundreds of shelves added to me GoodReads account. It seems every “tag” I had used on Shefari, like cozy mystery, fiction, or the state it took place, now had it’s own shelf and to remove them you have to click on each one individually and the confirm you really want to delete that shelf. I spent my morning yesterday deleting shelves. Time I could have spent reading! 🙂

Just finished and reviewed “Murder on a Silver Platter” in a NetGalley, and now have a few, actually BOOKS: Laura Childs latest: Parchment and Old Lace, and the Donna Karan memior, along with a few more NetGallies. It really helps that by rebooting I fixed my NOOK…. 19 books already this year it says…..
