The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review
gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by

~ It’s a chance to share news~
A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
Happy SUNDAY Everyone!
I took the whole day off yesterday. Went to watch Kaden play flag football in the morning and went to Natalie’s 4th birthday party at the YMCA in the afternoon. The kids and most of the adults had fun swimming for a couple of hours in the wonderful indoor pool. I stayed on dry land and visited with her other grandma and great grandmas. The weather was perfect too. Kaden then came home with us for a sleepover. A Great Day!!

Yesterday, I finished digging dandelions…I know, there will be more to dig, but hopefully, not as many. I need to get the lawn mowed this morning, hopefully, before noon as they’re forecasting storms for this afternoon. Books I’ve read: Chasing Cans by Laura Crams, X by Sue Grafton, All Dressed in White by Mary Higgins Clark, Killer Reunion by G. A. Mckevet. A series I enjoyed a great deal was the Terry Shames, Samuel Craddock series. Our library has all five! Great reads.
I love the quote about family. And your granddaughter is adorable. What a blessing that you are close enough to spend time with your grandchildren.
Your daughter is adorable!
