The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an informal week in review
gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by

~ It’s a chance to share news~
A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
Happy SUNDAY Everyone!
I hope you had a fabulous week. It was a busy blogging week as well as on the home front.
My youngest daughter, left the job she has had for 9 years, since she turned 16, and starts a new job on Monday. She was sad to say good-bye but is excited about her new adventure. After working in a grocery store where her schedule changed every week it will be a change to have a set schedule. The other big challenge will be adjusting to being paid biweekly instead of every week.
Also this week Mr. Dollycas saw a surgeon about the pain in his back and legs that he has been dealing with for years. It looks like surgery is in his future. A surgery very similar to the one I had after my accident in 2001. Thankfully his spinal cord is crowded but not pinched so his prognosis should not include any paralysis. He did learn that the surgery has to happen soon before any more damage is done. I am scared but hope the surgery will allow him to get back to his more active self.

Good luck to your daughter and her new job!
Many prayers and best wishes to your husband!
I’m hoping the surgery is successful and your hubby is back to his self soon. I fear surgery is in my future too. My back started hurting and it feels like something is pulling all the time.
Great news about your daughter’s new job. It takes some adjusting with a bi-weekly paycheck but the regular hours will be worth it.
