The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an
informal week in review gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
Losing my son to suicide has been so difficult. Since then I wake up thinking about him, go to sleep thinking about him, and basically think of him almost every minute of the day. I never want any other mother to feel the pain I feel. Being disabled and unable to drive leaves me pretty home bound but I have this computer and I use it to promote suicide prevention and awareness year round but since September is designated as Suicide Prevention Month and September 10 -16, 2017 is designated as NATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION WEEK I strive to highlight facts, tips, and warning signs in my quest to #StopSuicide on my personal Facebook and Google + pages every day of this month. My family is also participating in a Walk for Hope on September 23 in memory of Kris. Donations are always welcome.
