The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an
informal week in review gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
My week started off back in Fall River for Natalie’s Holiday Concert. The first song was a “boogie” number which was enjoyed by everyone. It was also good to catch up with her mom and get some much needed Natalie hugs. Mr. Dollycas and I realized it has been quite a few years since we had been at the school. We did attend a few basketball games after our youngest son graduated in 2011 so it has been awhile. It was nice to see some of the same teachers our children had. Natalie’s kindergarten teacher also had her dad in her class, and her aunts and uncle too.
The rest of the week was normal, blogging and reading. We did wake up yesterday to our first snow of the year. While pretty it is not my favorite season. For me if it snows Christmas Eve and melts by New Year’s Day, I am good with snow for the winter. Sadly, living in Wisconsin, I know that is not going to happen 🙂
