Sunday Salon – A Perfect Day – Weekly Rewind – Mail Call

The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an
informal week in review gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.

HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!

Daughter #1 was on vacation this week so I was able to go to my youngest grandson’s Christmas concert. That meant about 2 hours travel that day to get me from here, then there, and then me, and then her back home, but I was so happy for the trip. The kids were all so cute. The programs were “autographed” (not copied) by all the students. They sang 9 songs and did an excellent job. Remi was pretty shy that day but the promise of a little ice cream and he gave in to have his picture taken with Nana. Spending time with my daughter made for a perfect day.
