Dollycas’s Best Reads of 2018

There were so many great books this year and many were classified as “Perfect Escapes” by me, but this list contains the books those that received a “Paradise Rating”, those that I enjoyed so much I thought they deserved more than 5 star-fish.

They are in no particular order.

Congratulations to all the authors!

  1. I have Midnight Snacks are Murder & the Skeleton Makes a Friend on my personal list of best books. I think the sleepwalking is one of the most clever & unique plot devices ever. I bought myself Class Reunions are Murder for Christmas. But next on my list to read is Twas the Knife Before Christmas. I also gave Murder in the Crooked Eye Brewery & Santa Puppy 5 star reviews. I also really enjoyed Ain’t She a Peach, but it’s not a cozy. There is a bit of mystery, but its really a romantic comedy. There were a couple of other books I rated 5 stars, but they didn’t come out in 2018.
Hope hubby is starting to feel better.

  2. Somehow I missed this. Thank you! Such an honor!
