The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an
informal week in review gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by
Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer
~ It’s a chance to share news~
A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
THE BOYS ARE IN THE HOUSE
Just what has become a normal week around here, Mr. Dollycas walking and doing his exercises and making good progress, me bitchin’ at the computer, lol, the new one will be ready soon.
Daughter #2 came to visit with the boys on Friday and the boys stayed for the weekend. They always brighten up the days. I read while Daughter #2, Papa, and the boys watched Goosebumps 2 Friday night. Remi and I watched Christopher Robin Saturday night. First time for me, 3rd time for him. They will be going home later today.
We also had some snow over the weekend. Not too bad here but southern Wisconsin had quite a bit. I am sure other places in the path did as well. Daughter #1 said driving to work at 5 a.m. Saturday morning was a mess. I remind her this is Wisconsin, lol. I remember when we used to get several heavy snowfalls each year. Global warming sure has changed things.

Stay warm this week and cuddle up with a good book!

Glad you got to spend some time with the kids! We are enjoying some lovely snow here this weekend as well. Since I grew up on Scottsdale, Arizona, snow is a major thrill for me. LOL I keep throwing on my coat and boots to go out and “play” in it since I didn’t have that experience as a child. My Mom, who grew up in Indiana, thinks I’m nuts.
So many great cozies! I love looking at those covers. We were supposed to get snow but instead we got rain, but the temps are quickly dropping. Hope you have a great week!
My Sunday post is here.
