informal week in review gathering place for bloggers.

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in the path of Hurricane Dorian. The forecasts keep changing and it appears to be slow-moving and getting stronger. Please plan ahead and stay safe. 

For those of you further East I hope you are having some fun this holiday weekend. We are having a quiet weekend here. 

Back to School

Back to School means back to school shopping and haircuts. Daughter #1 got me away from this computer Friday to tag along and Nana got a new Back to School do too! 

She took me to a new salon where she goes and all 4 of us were beautified. Then we did a little shopping before she brought me home to two dogs that acted like I had been gone for days. 😀 

Friday night was Youth Football Night. The Varsity Team won 35 – 0. Kaden got together with his 6th-grade team on the field. Kaden is #87 and has the nickname of Diesel.

Remi was shy about going on the field with his 1st-grade team but
his dad got this great picture of him in his brother’s jersey. 

Natalie and her mom went to the zoo this week too. They went to see the new sloth exhibit. I can see a whole family trip there to see it soon too. 

The kids all head back to school on Tuesday!
