The Sunday Salon used to be a meme but was getting so huge it became unmanageable, so it is now a Facebook group that has become an
informal week in review gathering place for bloggers.
It is also a place to share our thoughts about things of a bookish nature.
You can also link up weekly on Readerbuzz.
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by

~ It’s a chance to share news~
A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
DOG VIDEOS
It was a pretty quiet week around here, reading, blogging and watching television. Chicago Wednesday on NBC was awesome this week.
My dog Oreo was pretty comical this week.
She rolls over to scratch her back and knocks my James Patterson and Harlan Coben books off the shelf. This has been a daily occurrence because the first time I rewarded her with a nice combing to get rid of whatever itch that may have been there. Her tail starts to wag as soon as I pick up the comb.
I also found this video on Facebook this week. The dog looks a bit like Oreo and Border Collies are super smart but Oreo is now 16 years old so she may be a little over the hill to learn new tricks like these.

Have a great week everyone!

Dogs are so funny! And my two dogs are younger than yours, but I don’t think I’ll be teaching them any new tricks 😀
Enjoy your new books and have a wonderful week ahead.
Wow. What a talented dog. I guess this is a store for pets, and they designed the treats and the checkout so it is dog-friendly. So much fun!
I love those mysteries you are reading. Mysteries can be so relaxing to read. They always seem to be enjoyable, too.
Have a lovely week!
Adorable dog! I love him walking himself. 🙂
I love the quote you posted. I’m a sucker for a good quote and always include one in my Sunday Posts.
Quiet weeks with reading and an adorable dog named Oreo sound pretty dang sweet to me!
I’m four or five books behind the latest Coffeehouse Mystery book. I hope to catch up one of these days. My weekly update
It seems like an awkward way for Oreo to scratch his back.
Wishing you a great reading week
