HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
Happy Holidays!
I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday season.
Today we will be at Daughter #1’s home for our family Christmas.
On Christmas Day we traveled to our nephew’s home for the Caswell Family Christmas. I love it when we all get together, we have such a good time. The adults catching up with each other and the kids playing with cousins they don’t see often enough. The adults also had fun playing Sh*t on Your Neighbor and the LRC Dice game. So much fun that family game nights were discussed and we will be playing games today too like we used to do years ago. Old traditions coming back again. I love it.
Part of the tradition at the Caswell Family Christmas is taking family pictures. Last year we missed out because Mr. Dollycas was in the hospital. It is still hard without Kris in the picture but I make a little adjustment to ease my heart.
As you can see Kaden wasn’t having it. He took such a good picture with his family but I didn’t see this attitude shot until it was too late.
Maybe we can photoshop one into the other 🙂
My family is my everything and days like this bring me so much joy!

The service today emphasized the importance of families in our lives. God could have sent Jesus as a fully-grown man, but, we were told, he chose to send him to be raised up in a human family. Interesting.
Your family is beautiful. I’ve been watching the Up series and it’s surprising how much insight into the changes people undergo in life I’ve taken away from the show.
Here’s to a lovely new year.
What lovely family photos! Thank-you for allowing us to be part of your life! Happiest, blessed, safe New Years to you and all of your! xoxoxo
Thanks for sharing your Lovely family photos. We love game nights, we ended up playing UNO Flip on Christmas night.
Wishing you a great reading week and a Happy New Year
Christmas is the perfect time for annual family get togethers. The pictures look beautiful, Lori.
Happy New Year and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week.
Here’s my Sunday Post

It’s wonderful that you could all get together and I love the photos. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Oh I see a Miranda James book in your list. I’m early in the series but am enjoying it. My weekly update
What a lovely family gathering. I LOVED the photos. Our holidays were full of students, both current and former. I was glad to have the day off yesterday to visit friends who couldn’t get out. My 99 year old “girlfriend” and I visited in her breakfast room while our husbands shouted at each other across the living room. LOL
I love the photos! I don’t think I have any pictures of my whole family together. Your Christmas sounds like a lot of fun. I hope you’re having a great week!
