HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!

Last week was a big week around here even though there were no tours. Great Escapes Book Tours took its holiday break so we could all concentrate on our families and rejuvenate a bit. Of course, we still had to post on our blogs and for me, that meant my BLOGOVERSARY! I did a little blog maintenance too and added all my 2019 Reads to the State Pages listed under the Literary Escapes Tab. I also completed all of my Reading Challenges for 2019.

Family Christmas

Last Sunday we gathered at Daughter #1’s home to celebrate our family Christmas. As we were loading the van it was clear Santa, Nana, and Papa went a little overboard. When everyone arrived and the presents were unloaded by all, it looked like Santa’s Sleigh had exploded. But everyone had fun and was very happy with their gifts. I mean, this only happens once a year, right, so we tend to spoil those we love.  The kids also spoiled us. Mr. Dollycas received a treasure, a Packer Helmet signed by Jerry Kramer, Amand Green, Gilbert Brown, and Santana Dotson along with a picture with the retired players holding our youngest grandchildren. To say he was floored is an understatement.  I received some wonderful presents too.

BLOGOVERSARY 

On December 31 I celebrated my 11th Blogoversary.  The giveaways actually started the day before. I was thrilled to have Kensington Books join me again in the celebration. They provided books for three days of giveaways. I cleared a couple of shelves of books here too for the other 3 days of giveaways. You can still enter!
