HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
Working Together
I hope you are all staying safe and at home as much as possible. We are entering Week #2 with Mr. Dollycas working at home. It has been interesting but we are coexisting in the same room without much trouble. My day has been running a little longer than is since now that he is not driving into the office so he still doesn’t get I don’t “punch out” at 5 p.m. I am at my desk until I get my blog posts done and tweet about the blog tours one last time. We are so lucky that our children are grown and we don’t have to add homeschooling to our days. My hearts go out to those who are juggling children’s needs and their work too.
On top of all the closed businesses, it is the healthcare system that has been taking the real pressure. Not enough Personal Protective Equipment or ventilators just should be happening in a strong country like ours. I know our President wants to open the country back up but we can’t be foolish, especially when doctors are saying the virus could be cyclical. I can only hope that intelligent and knowledgable people who have actual facts can keep the country on the right track. We all need to work together to get us through this terrible crisis.
Happy Birthday in Heaven
With what would have been Kris’ 35th birthday today, we had Miss Natalie in the house for the weekend. Yesterday we baked a birthday cake in his honor. She and Papa also baked some cookies. She spent a lot of time with “Aunt Z.Z.” aka Daughter #2 too watching movies and other girl stuff. She started her distance learning last week and Kaden and Remi start distance learning tomorrow morning when they have to sign in to their computers at 8 a.m. Such a strange time with this virus. We won’t know its full effects it will have on our children for a long time.

Sounds great. Kind of tied up with personal issues at this time but perhaps in a few months I might be able to join in (started a blog that features books in January). Have fun & stay safe. 🙂
Always wonderful to have a child in the house! Especially during a time when contact with others is very limited. My three year old grandson lives three hours away – in New York City. Ugh!
They always say that it is the little things, and I have found that that is especially true during difficult times like these. I have been sitting in my kitchen watching the birds gather at the feeder outside. I’ve also been working in the garden.
I had a hard time reading, but I’ve settled into reading children’s books, and that is good.
Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Bless you & your sweet heaven 👼ANGEL.🌷
We will all reunite one blessed day
(Hugs) to you

We’ve been juggling working from home and home schooling this week and it has been hard but I’m thankful we seem to have found a routine that works… Fingers crossed it continues to work this week as we have at least two more weeks of lockdown here in the UK! 🙁
I hope it works and we manage to slow the spread and save lives… It’s all so surreal.
I’m so happy that the baby in my house is only 1 year old. I don’t think I could handle homeschooling. I hope you have a good week!
