A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
I hope you are all doing well and sheltering in place and participating in social distancing. Mr. Dollycas and I are co-existing in our work area well but our dogs are totally confused because he never leaves. Their nap schedule is completely messed up. Thanks to the nicer weather we are able to open the windows and the door and freshen up the house. The dogs love being able to go outside and lounge in the yard again. We also have a huge bunny rabbit taking refuge in our backyard. The dog’s vision is pretty impaired as they are now almost 17 so they don’t even see him, and he is pretty quick so they have no chance of catching him. This is the time of year when we start to do things with the kids and the grands and this darn virus throws a monkey wrench into that for everyone everywhere. As I write this on Saturday we are expecting Daughter #1 and the boys to come up to do a little yard raking and furniture moving. We have all been pretty isolated and following all the rules. Stay Safe and Take Care!

Enjoy your visit with family! My three year old grandson lives in New York City, and I don’t know when I will see him again.
I’m glad you will be able to see family soon. We are planning to drop off some plants at my son’s house this week, and I hope we will be able to do a wave-by then. I miss those faces.
I bet your dogs are confused. It’s confusing for all of us people, and I’m sure dogs don’t know what to think.
You certainly have a lot of good books awaiting you. That is something.
Stay safe.
I’ve said our two cats are the most inconvenienced by the stay at home orders. They are quite annoyed that we never leave! LOL I’m waiting for our weather to get a bit warmer and looking forward to opening the windows soon. Take care of you and yours!
I think my cats are loving having us home more, although I am sure it is a bit confusing for them. It’s turned cold again and rain is in the air, but I am so tempted to open our windows and let in some fresh air anyway. I love the look of so many of your new arrivals, especially those cozies. I hope you enjoy them all! Take care and stay safe and well.
