The Sunday Salon is a Facebook group that has become an
informal week in review gathering place for bloggers.

A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received, and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
A Week in the Life of Dollycas
This was a week spent packing and purging. We will be adding painting to the mix too. We are getting excited about our move and just anxious to get in and get settled. I personally have not seen the inside of the place yet, just pictures and videos so that may be why I am a little stressed out but am just so thankful we found a place.
This week also included my first post-surgery mammogram. I really needed to see a clear scan and that didn’t happen. The radiologist just said we would do another one in 6 months. I met with my oncologist the next day and he stated the mammogram showed some areas to watch but I shouldn’t worry anything there is likely to be benign and the Verzenio I am taking is to stop reoccurrence. Since then the radiologist’s report has gone up on My Chart. Reading it myself helped a lot. While there are some mildly suspicious areas they were unable to get all the magnification images they wanted because I was shaking while standing due to my paralysis and loss of strength due to the cancer treatments so hopefully that will improve six months down the road. So I am going to take my wise friends and family advice and “keep positive thoughts” and let it go until my next scan.
This weekend also starts my worse time of the year. I really hate March and would skip the month if I could. March 13, 2020, I received my breast cancer diagnosis. March 14, 2001, was the accident that left my right side paralyzed. March 15, 2015, we lost our son Kristopher to suicide. Then smooth sailing until Kris’ birthday on March 29. I will be so happy when April Fools Day rolls around.

Your Escape Into A Good Book Travel Agent
Sending warm, peaceful thoughts your way. Soon it will be April and you’ll be getting settled in your new home.
So pleased the “move into new house prep” is proceeding apace…also, listen to your oncologist, all will be as it should be…I know March’s lion tried it’s best to defeat you but you’ve persevered-carry on! Prayers continuing!
I am sending one hundred positive thoughts your way. Can you see them? Here’s one: a doctor always, always, always errs on the side of caution, so if he says don’t worry about it, don’t worry about it.
The move will be an adventure. How fun it will be to redo things, to shake things up, to make things more as you like them.
One more positive thought: You are a light for everyone who visits your blog.
Sending positive thoughts and White Light.
It’s hard not to worry, but I am sending peaceful vibes you way. When my parents moved to Florida, my sister picked the house, and they bought it without actually seeing it.
