In the past week, I traveled to Greyborne Harbor (Dedicated to Murder by Lauren Elliott), the English village of Merrywell (Murder in Merrywell by Jane Bettany), a larger English city (Fatal Secrets by Anita Waller), and Pawley’s Island, South Carolina (A Killer Unleashed by Jackie Layton. Currently, I am in small-town Oregon (Witch Upon A Star by Jackie Layton) and plan to travel to Old Town, Alexandria (The Diva Delivers on a Promise by Krista Davis) and a castle in Sussex, England (Fatal Fascinator by Jenn McKinlay) later this week. Of course, I have other destinations in my audio, e-book, and NetGalley libraries; so, there could be an unplanned excursion.

I highly recommend A Room for Murder! It’s a very quick read, has wonderful characters, and a fun, ghostly mystery! I also recommend the other books in the Charlie Kingsley Mysteries!

I stayed up late and read the whole thing in one night. Alone with a Tasman Tiger was an entertaining read with interesting characters in unique settings that grabbed me from page 1.
