HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
Well, it is March again. This month is so hard for me. On the 15th it will be 8 years since I lost my son Kristopher to suicide. I realized back in November when Son #2 turned 30, Kris went from being my oldest son to my youngest. Our lives move on but he will always be 14 days shy of his 30th birthday. March 14, 2001, was the day I rolled our van and was left with the majority of my right side paralyzed. On March 13, 2020, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. We did it last year and this year I am again hoping and praying for a drama-free March. Heck, I would love a drama-free year and that all my friends and family stay safe and healthy all year long not just during the dreaded month of March.
I forgot to share this last week. Kaden’s State Football Champion ring arrived and it is HUGE! He is not involved in a winter sport but heads to the weight room almost daily to stay ready for this fall when football starts again. He is planning on doing track this spring too, throwing the shot-put and discus.
Remington wrapped up his basketball season last Sunday. No wins but really close games. This group of boys improved so much this year.
Natalie played in her last tournament the week before. They had a really good season and all of them improved so much too.
I really love watching them and seeing the growth from the beginning of the season until the end.
Nana and Papa are hoping Remi plays a little baseball and Natalie again plays softball this Spring and Summer to get us old folks out of the house on a regular basis. All our grandchildren are such a blessing. It won’t be long and the youngest ones will have us hopping to their sporting events too.
How was your week?

I am so sorry to hear about the hard past Marches you have had. I will be praying that this March is not like the others.
I can understand why you feel such trepidation with the coming of March. Let’s hope that all goes well this month for you.
You have so many amazing athletes in your family. I know you are proud of all of them.
Enjoy your reading and your blogging this week!
So sorry this time of year is so hard for you. I have 2 sisters and a friend who is like a sister who have all lost a child and I’ve seen what they go through. I’m sending you lots of hugs.
Kaden’s Champion ring is very impressive! Congratulations to him! My granddaughter played basketball in school and loved it.
March has definitely been a cruel month for you in the past. I hope this year it is full of good and wonderful surprises.
Your grandchildren are definitely a blessing and source of joy for you.
Have a much better month of March this year, with greater happiness and no bad events.
