A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received, and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
It was Spring Break for the grandchildren last week. Remi arrived on Sunday and stayed through Thursday. Natalie arrived Friday night for a quick weekend visit. Kaden stayed home to attend track practice every day only to have his Saturday track meet get canceled due to the 12+ inches of snow that fell Friday night into Saturday. It is melting and probably will be gone soon. The graphic below is spot on.
Mr. Dollycas and I have a new hobby. He received a puzzle from Santa and a puzzle board from me and we have been enjoying our evenings before reading trying to put the darn thing together. Who knew a Peanuts puzzle would be so hard, LOL. His mother has been doing puzzles for the past few years and now we have gotten the bug.
Regarding the mammogram news I shared last week, I will be going back for more imaging on Friday. My oncologist is not worried. Apparently, they just did a screening mammogram and for my history, it should have been a diagnostic with more images right away which was what he ordered. Thankfully they are covered by insurance or would be ticked off even more. I will let you know how it goes next week.

We went through a puzzle phase during lockdown but they were all put away when we were selling our house and they haven’t been bought out in the new one at all this week!
Glad to hear that your oncologist is unconcerned!
Enjoy your time with your grandchildren!
This prolonged winter has a lot of people working puzzles to stave off cabin fever! Have a good week.

Ugh…people should not have to have their boob squeezed by a machine more than once a year.
That peanuts puzzle!!!!!!
Fall is the same way of having ups and downs of warm and cold weather.
Have a great week.
Sounds as if all is going better than expected with the bonus of having the grands with…to sad the meet cancelled….yes, the meme is spot on!
I did a lot of puzzles during the pandemic. When I finished them, it was fun to put them out in my Little Free Library to share with someone else.
It is good to know that your oncologist is not worried. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Time with grandchildren is priceless. Glad you oncologist isn’t worried, will be praying for you.
A call back on a mammogram is not always a big thing. Thank goodness your insurance covers the extra imaging. It could have been worse, but, I know; it’s the inconvenience!
That graphic is spot on. Good luck with your testing. What a pain!
