HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
Last Sunday afternoon I was delighted to attend Fall River School’s production of The Addam’s Family Musical. The main characters were all played by high school students but students in 4th grade and up played the minor roles. My favorite fifth-grader/granddaughter Natalie played a Pirate Ancestor and did an excellent job. In fact, the entire production was amazing. It sure didn’t feel like a high school production. I am so proud of her!
On Thursday I had a six-month check-up with my oncologist. All my numbers looked good. He always seems surprised that I am not having more side effects from the Anastrozole I take every day. We also discussed the mammogram I had a few weeks ago. He just remarked that with dense tissue that was somewhat caused by the radiation treatments is always going to be an issue for me and that in the future my mammograms will always be ordered with the additional images so I will know all the results faster and without the added stress. The next one will be in October. The one bad thing is that I had hoped to keep off all the weight I had lost with my bone infection but a few pounds have returned. LOL

Glad to hear you got such a good report from the doctor!
Lori, that is excellent news from the doctor! I am glad the doctor has agreed to do additional scans from the get-go so you won’t have to wait for results. I am happy for you.
How fun that your granddaughter got to perform in a high school production!
