HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
Another busy week around here.
Kaden and Remington started school on Tuesday.
Remi is in 5th grade, Kaden is a Sophmore.
Thomas also played soccer on Tuesday.
These boys get better every week!
The Cardinals were the “game of the week” so they played on Thursday night. Again they couldn’t be stopped and Kaden (74) had some great tackles. As soon as he got on the field the opposing team’s coach made a couple of hand signals and the double team of Kaden was in effect. So essentially he was pushing around about 500 lbs anytime he was in the game. Remi #72 also worked the game keeping players hydrated.
Then yesterday it was Remi’s (#72) turn to take the field for the 1st game of his 5th-grade year. The final score was Columbus 21 DeForest 9. Remi was a team captain and scored 2 touchdowns along with multiple flag grabs. He did a fantastic job as did the other boys. They are going to be fun to watch this year and beyond.
The boys all know Nana needs her hug and picture after the games. Sometimes Papa even gets in the fun.
Even with all these sporting events I still had time to read and review some great books.
How was your week?
