HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
First, I want to apologize. If you use Google as your browser you are now seeing many more ads on my home page than normal. Apparently, I agreed to let Google Ads run an experiment on my site to try to raise my earnings from their ads. I have tried to tweak their experiment but I can’t delete it until it runs 30 days. You shouldn’t see the ads if you use another browser like Mozilla or Microsoft Edge. I know they are distracting and will keep trying to get rid of them as fast as I can. Thank you for understanding.
Do you watch The Voice? There is a contestant on there now that I think looks a bit like my grandson Kaden.
Thursday was my first day out of the house since I went to the Midwest Cozy Con on March 3. I went for my 6th-month mammogram. Yes, what fun, but truthfully the tech there had me laughing as she kept apologizing for the contortions she got me into to get all the right images. The woman who helped me through the emotions and side effects when I was diagnosed has retired. I missed seeing her but met her replacement and know she is there for me if I need her.
There wasn’t an immediate read by the radiologist this time so I came home to wait for the results. About 2 hours later my phone pinged with great news. Stable benign posttreatment. No suspicious findings. The next line told me I didn’t need to return until next April unless I feel a lump or have another concern. The fear is always there but I am thrilled to get back to a normal schedule. I still have upcoming appointments with my oncologists and have to take Anastrozole and have my Zometa infusions but this feels like a big first step to normal.

I appreciate your explanation for all the ads here — yes, they really are jarring, and they are made to look confusingly like the photos you posted. Normally, if the ads are that aggressive on a blog post anywhere, I just stop reading and go on to another blog.
best, mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Apparently you and everyone else under the sun!!
No matter what I’m looking at, ads!!
Annoying as all get out but seems to be nothing we can do about it…sigh…
Such wonderful news! I can only imagine the relief you’re feeling… Hooray!!
Fortunately, I have Mozilla as my browser, so I haven’t encountered the ads. Huge congratulations on having a clear result and now resuming a normal schedule – what a lovely milestone to achieve:)). Have a great week.
Glad to see that things are on the up and up for you thats always a good thing. Murder at the spelling bee looks interesting and yes the ads are annoying but i was able to read through them all just fine. Have a great week.
I’m so happy you had a nice stable mammogram! Wonderful news, I’ glad you only had to wait 2 hours! Hope you have a wonderful week!
Thank you for explaining about all the ads. I don’t like the ads when I am trying to read—they are jarring.
I’m so happy to hear your good news about your mammogram!
