A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received, and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
It was another quiet week around here and I just wasn’t feeling good at all. Sometimes the side effects of all my medications get out of control and last week was one of those weeks.
Away from home, our granddaughter Natalie celebrated her 12th birthday.
Grandson Kaden had two track meets last week and his report to me was that he did “great” in his event which is the shot-put.
He has also started working at the local grocery store. He is a “legacy” 🙂 as both his parents, his aunts, his uncles, his godfather, and his godmother, have all worked there. Natalie’s mom and his godmother still work there. Daughter #2 grabbed this picture on the sly last week.
As I write this post today, the sun shining and it has hit 80 degrees outside. I plan to grab my Kindle and head to the porch as soon as I get this post completed. Fresh air and sunshine are just what I need.
How was your week?
