A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received, and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
It was a week to play ball.
Remi’s Monday night game was rained out but he played an away game on Tuesday. There were a few raindrops but they were able to complete the game before the skies opened up. Remi’s team won 13 – 7.
Kaden also had his track banquet on Tuesday night where the coach praised him and all the kids. He received another letter. After the banquet, he and his dad arrived for the last few innings of Remi’s game. After the boys tried to relive a moment from childhood. These boys just crack me up.
Mr. Dollycas and I made it all the way home before the rain started to fall. The skies were full of dark clouds and we saw a plane flying low, we assumed to avoid the turbulence caused by the storm.
Natalie played a double-header on Tuesday too. They dealt with the rain too for about “15 rainy minutes”. Her team pulled off two wins. 13-1 and 16-13. According to her mom’s report, she did “awesome”. Sadly, we couldn’t be in two places at once.
Thomas played on Wednesday night in the sunshine but Nana and Papa were unable to attend. He told me all about the game over the phone when he got home. “We won! and we played great!”
The rest of the week was busy. I have been trying to work ahead because I took off a day for a wedding we attended yesterday. I will share pictures next week.
How was your week?

Sorry the rain ruined the game. Murder at the movies sounds fun! Will check out #SundayPost
Summer sports are harder to keep up with, I think, because games are much more frequent. It looks like all the grands are having a great time with their sports activities. Enjoy!
Sounds like a busy week.
