The long weekend escape takes a dark turn when Brad discovers a woman’s lifeless body in the park’s peaceful lake. The victim, the landlady of a strip center in the neighboring town of Sumter, was notorious for making enemies among her tenants. With no shortage of motives but no clear suspects, Liz and her truth-sniffing Labrador, Duke, embark on a quest to identify the culprit.
As Liz races to uncover the truth and put the killer in jail, the couple experiences one camping disaster after another. Will justice be served? Or will an unexpected twist of karma change everything?

Tipsy Bites
This recipe was influenced by Lady Racheal.
Ingredients:
Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
Hickory bacon
Block of pepper jack cheese
Jalapeno
Your favorite barbecue sauce (Tipsy Tavern uses Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar)
Your favorite chipotle aioli
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place a greased cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet. Butterfly the shrimp (slice down the middle). Thinly slice the jalapeno and cheese. Add a slice of jalapeno and cheese to the middle of the shrimp and fully wrap in bacon. Thread shrimp onto metal skewers to make it easier to flip. Place the full skewers on top of the rack. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping shrimp halfway through. Brush one side of the shrimp with barbecue sauce and cook for five more minutes, then flip and repeat. Serve the shrimp with a side of chipotle aioli for dipping.

S’mores Bars
Makes 16 bars
Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
¾ cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 heaping cup store bought marshmallow crème
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan on all sides. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Pour the flour mixture into the large bowl and beat on medium speed until combined. Spread two-thirds of the dough into the pan. Then spread the marshmallow crème on top. Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the crème. Form the remaining dough into 8-10 round balls and then flatten. Layer the flattened dough in intervals on top of the cholate chips, leaving some of the marshmallow/chocolate chip areas exposed. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow the bars to cool. Once cooled, cut into squares.
