HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
The last of our grandchildren started school last week, but boys will be boys; no pictures were taken to commemorate the day. I caught up with them yesterday at Remi’s game for my required pictures. Kaden is a senior this year, and Remi is in 7th grade. Papa with the photobomb with Remi.

Both teams played well and were evenly matched. It was a loss on the scoreboard in the end, but there were some amazing plays, including a great throw, catch, and long run for a touchdown. Every week, the boys improve. The loss was tough on them, but next week they hit the road for another game and another worthy opponent.
Friday night, about midnight, I noticed our internet was down. It happens late at night, usually for some kind of maintenance, but it was still out in the morning. Spectrum has given us more than one headache over the years, and at times, we have to wait days for a tech to arrive. I was shocked that after working the way through all their prompts, we were able to talk to an actual person. I was surprised when she said someone would be here between 11 and noon. The technician arrived at approximately 12:05 pm. Checked a few things out and told us our modem was fried. He went out to the truck, got a new one, and we were back up and running by 1 pm. It was the best experience we have ever had with them.

September is suicide prevention month. Isn’t that sad? That we need it? Love the grandma/grandsons photos.
I volunteered for five or six years on a suicide hotline. It was one of my first experiences where I realized how lonely people are. Thank you for the reminder about Suicide Prevention Month.
I’m glad your internet was restored so quickly.
hope you have a great week!
