HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
I hope you are all having a
Happy and Healthy Holiday Season!
Last Saturday, we gained another teenager. Why must grandchildren grow up so fast? Remi requested dinner at the Texas Roadhouse for his birthday dinner, and we were very happy to oblige. His only request was that he did not want to sit in the saddle and have the whole restaurant sing to him. So, we sang softly at our table when his free dessert was served.

Christmas is different this year with a baby in the house. While Korbyn doesn’t really understand, his 1st Christmas is an important milestone, and Santa delivered. He and his Mama had fun opening his presents. Daisy was very attentively watching while Daughter #2’s dog Zoey was guarding the presents under the tree. I don’t know why she sits on the arm of the sofa like that; it’s just her spot.

Later in the day we traveled to celebrate Christmas with the Caswell side of the family. This year, 43 people gathered, 8 were missing due to work, like Son #2, or illness. At one point, my mother-in-law commented as she looked around, “Look what I started”. It really is a blessing when we all get together. You could feel so much love in that room.

What a lovely way to spend the holidays
Wishing you a wonderful reading week, and a very happy New Year
It’s a wonderful feeling to see that big family! So many happy faces.
I’ve learned that my husband hates to be sung to in a restaurant. My sister doesn’t like it either. I don’t understand it, but I don’t have them sing!
I love how your dog sits on your couch! Lovely family pictures!
It looks like a lovely day seeing lots of the people you love!
Happy New Year!
