HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!
I know some of you were hit with awful weather last week. It was cold here, but we actually hit 20 degrees yesterday. It felt like a heatwave.
Friday night, we were finally able to have our family Christmas. Finding a date everyone had off was super difficult with kids who work the weekends and are unable to swap days. I feel so blessed when our house is filled with the people I love. Son #2 and his wife prepared a wonderful lasagna supper with buttery breadsticks. Mr. Dollycas and Daughter #2 made a chocolate eclair cake for dessert, which we completely forgot about until everyone had left. More for ME!
The rest of my week was filled with reading, blogging, and spending time with my new grandson. It was a real treat that Thomas, Athena, and Charlie stopped by a couple of times, too.
