Synopsis
Soup shop owner Lucky Jamieson stirs up more trouble in the latest mystery from the national bestselling author of Ladle to the Grave…
When Lucky Jamieson opens up By the Spoonful to host an event with a famous author, she’s not expecting a bunch of nuts to descend on her small-town soup shop. But the author’s exasperating entourage—from a prickly publicist to a snippy son and his tipsy wife—give fresh meaning to the phrase, too many cooks spoil the broth.
The evening is more than spoiled, however, when it ends with a homicide. When the manner of the murder—as well as another recent unsolved crime—echoes the author’s fiction, Police Chief Nate Edgerton realizes he has a copycat killer on his hands. And Lucky hopes that one of her regular customers who has mysteriously gone missing isn’t involved. Once again, the soup shop owner will need to stir up some clues to find her friend and catch a cunning killer—before things really take a tureen for the worse…

Reading your books always makes me want to make some soup. Not bad, right?
I wish rafflecopter weren’t so twitter centric.
It’s hard to use Facebook for Rafflecopter because people aren’t allowed to ask people to ‘like’ Facebook pages anymore. So a lot of us choose to use Twitter because we can increase our followers that way. I’m sorry you don’t have Twitter and it limits your entries. If you use Goodreads, be sure to check out the book on Goodreads ~ they are giving a copy away there as well. Good luck!
Sounds like a fun read.

I have most of the books in the series so I’d love to win another one. Snowflake’s a great name for a cozy town.
Hi Connie! Almost time, can’t wait!
Love soup!
A new author for me to read! The background stories of Vermont in this post were great, my kind of reading. Vermont is a wonderful place, I love the old houses and Inns. It is a state like no other. It is the perfect place to set a mystery series. I am really looking forward to getting my hands on this series and not just because of the main character’s last name either. 😉
Thanks for a chance to win a copy of your book. I love finding new-to-me authors.
Thank you for the giveaway! I love this series and Vermont. Such a beautiful place!
