When you start a new book, do you have all the characters in place and an ending planned, or does it come to you as you write?
That’s a great question, Peggy. I usually have a basic idea of the plot, whodunit, and how I expect it to end. Beyond that, there are lots of surprises…old characters in my series do unexpected things. New characters invite themselves into the story, and the oddest things sometimes happen–especially when Kim & Brien open their mouths to speak.
Can never resist such awesome covers. 🙂
