Gnarly New Year
by Anna Celeste Burke

… fun cozy mysteries with a great beachy vibe. I was able to relate to the characters from the start and it made it a lot of fun to follow along with them and solve the mysteries.

  1. Thanks for setting up this blog tour for Gnarly New Year…thanks for all you do for Cozy Mystery authors & readers. You’re a star!

    1. Good luck! I run giveaways all the time on my website & facebook page…please don’t be shy…join me. Subscribers get a free book, too.

    1. Thanks so much for the kind words about A Dead Husband. Jessica is a little spoiled, her life’s mess, but she has a good heart. I’m rooting for her to sort things out–oh yeah, and get the bad guys.

    1. Della, I hope you enjoy the books. Kim and Brien have a lot to learn about love and life. They are the biggest dare devils among the characters I write about in my 3 series, and the silliest. Cheers!

  2. This sounds like a good read, I have the first book, now if someone would give me some extra hours in the day to read, LOL. Thanks for the chance to win.

  3. Thank you for realizing that not all readers Tweet / Facebook etc. It is so refreshing!
Some of us would rather spend our time reading a good book.
    Thank you for this opportunity.

    1. It can be a pain to do all that–what I dislike most is that behind the scenes the social media sites seem to monkey with things all the time. Just when I figure out how to do something, they change it, dang it! Thanks for dropping by, commenting, and entering the giveaway.

  4. When you start a new book, do you have all the characters in place and an ending planned, or does it come to you as you write?

    1. That’s a great question, Peggy. I usually have a basic idea of the plot, whodunit, and how I expect it to end. Beyond that, there are lots of surprises…old characters in my series do unexpected things. New characters invite themselves into the story, and the oddest things sometimes happen–especially when Kim & Brien open their mouths to speak.

    1. I lived in Florida for years and never visited the Bahamas–Key West but not the Caribbean. I’m sure I would love it! I hope that cover brings back good memories! Thanks for visiting!

  5. “Gnarly New Year” sounds like a great book. Actually they all do. Celeste books are pretty new to me. I discovered this coat mysteries when I received an ARC from Stacey Alabaster.
